I love the Arcane series, but the artwork is so crazy good that I’m intimidated to even try to draw it. Lately I started a class on digital coloring so I thought Jinx was the perfect character to test out my skills. What do you think?
As a kid I always wished the Ecto-2, made by Kenner, had two seats like the one on the Real Ghostbusters cartooon. As an adult with a 3D printer I was able to do something about this. Still playing around with the perspective features on Adobe Fresco. I love how this turned out. I usually hate perspective drawing, but this makes it easy and fun.
I modeled this on the Avengers issue 502 cover, but I wanted to use the original 5 X-Men. I also just discovered some amazing perspective tools in Adobe Fresco, so I was playing around with them too.
I always wanted the Masters Of The Universe 2000’s era Battle Armor He-Man statue from Neca, but it’s pretty rare and probably expensive, so instead I made my own. I reused some other Battle Armor I modeled on the same design and added it to a scan of the 200X figure. What do you think? I made a 3D print design based on a Four Horsemen prototype design for Horde Buster He-Man that possibly would have been used in a new season of the 200X Masters Of The Universe. Now that I finally got my hands on a VCR I have been rewatching some of my old VHS anime collection, one of those shows being Sailor Moon. While on Cultc3d.com I managed to find a cool Sailor Moon design that wasn’t super pervy. Still figuring out this new 3D printer so needless to say I had to do a few repairs with putty, but all in all I think it turned out pretty decent. I tried to do more of a human sketch and then turn it into a Ninja Turtles. It looked unsettling at first, but then I figured out what I was doing.
