New Eternia Panthor review

I am so happy with this Panthor figure. My first thought was that it was just a repaint of the Revelation Battle Cat and in some ways it is. The main body is a repaint, but it’s not glossy purple, there is an almost metalic blue/ purple look. I’m not sure how to describe it, but it looks really cool and it just doesn’t show up well in the pictures. He also has faint black spots just like a real panther, IYKYK.

The head is new and has glass eyes. The jaw not only opens, but the top teeth move up into the head giving it a more natural look when the jaw is closed. The helmet also has eye holes so the glass eyes are visible with or without it.

My favorite part is the saddle, filled with tons of details, skulls, faces, and a spinel column in the rear.

The box art alone makes this figure worth buying. I really hope there will be a New Eternia Battle Cat soon.

#MOTUdrawingchallenge: Masters Of The Universe Cereal

This challenge was to do a Masters Of The Universe Cereal box, this was heavily influenced by the classic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cereal box. I went with a more cartoonish look to the characters and of course included a free prize.

You can find MOTU Drawing Challenge on Twitter using the hashtag #MOTUdrawingchallenge.

Masters Of The Universe Origins: Panthor

She-Ra / Swift Wind / Battle Cat

I wanted to draw a picture with She-Ra and I was inspired by my giant poster of Frank Frazetta’s Tiger Girl, but instead of 2 tigers I used Battle Cat and Swift Wind and of course She-Ra standing in between.
