Doctor Who: The Night of the Doctor

The Night of the Doctor is a BBC prequel to The Day of the Doctor, the 50th anniversary episode. Being a big fan of the 8th Doctors (Paul McGann) Big Finish audio adventures I was thrilled to find out about this mini episode. Since the 2005 release of the new series everyone has wondered how the 8th Doctor (Paul McGann) died and is regenerated into the 9th Doctor (Christopher Eccleston). The answers and many more questions are in this mini episode. There is even a petition to get a new 8th Doctor series. I for one hope this happens.

X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST

What did you think of the X-Men: Days of Future Past trailer? Looks to be very Wolverine heavy like all the other X-Men movies, with the exception of First Class, that is. From what I here there will be no Cyclops, Gambit, or Nightcrawler, but even though I feel very positive about this movie. Bryan Singer will be back in the directors chair and we will get to see a bunch of new characters like Bishop, Quicksilver, Blink, Warpath, Sunspot, and Trask. I loved these guys in the comic book and I can’t wait to see them on the big screen.
